About Us

All albums will be contributed to official Korean music charts/Hanteo charts. Do expect to see things related or made in Korea.

Feel free to drop us an e-mail if the item(s) you wanted is not listed in our shop! Unless stated, other respective preorders will end on their specific closing date. All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We will only be doing meet ups at these few places — those places that are not mentioned here will have a travel fee of $1 (p.s. It is really time & energy consuming for me to travel away from my convenience for only a customer or two, so I seek your understanding!)

- Red Line: City Hall & Jurong East-CCK
- Purple Line: Harbourfront-Potong Pasir
- Circle Line: Harbourfront-Botanic Gardens

2) Queenstown
- Mass meet ups are to be held at the MRT station OR at Anchorpoint.

Do drop us an e-mail if you have any enquiries (and if you have places in mind that aren't on the list, do check with me if those places need to be charged a travel fee)

Ordering Guide

1. All payment must be done within the time frame of 24 to 72 hours.

2. Baekedhour will not hold any responsibility if there’s any thing missing as long as it’s SEALED.

3. Cancellation of orders is not allowed UNLESS the item(s) you ordered is/are out of stock, we will then do a complete refund.

4. Negotiations will not be entertained for preorders.

5. All posters are given on first come first serve basis. We strongly advise you to order before the release date to secure the poster. Please note that poster might be out of print any time and no refunds will be given.

6. In any case of missing package(s), we will not hold any responsibility, please opt for registered postage.

7. CASH ON DELIVERY is only allowed for instocks, not applicable for preorders.

8. All preorder items are inclusive of shipping from korea, otherwise stated.

9. Please check ALL of your items are good in condition during the collection. No refunds or exchange will be given once you leave venue.
